Engineer Alaa Menea, Head of the Tenth of Ramadan City Development Authority, reviewed the latest developments in the work progress at the implementation sites of low- and middle-income units being implemented within the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians” and a number of ongoing service projects in Tenth of Ramadan City.
Manea conducted a tour to see the ongoing work at the site of the implementation of 52 buildings within the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians” east of the Andalus neighborhood in the 16th district, with an area of 75 square meters per unit with full facilities.
Manea inspected the implementation work of 98 buildings with an area of 90 square meters per unit with full facilities in the 20th district. He also visited the 21st district to inspect the implementation work of 178 buildings in the fifth phase, “Housing All Egyptians,” with an area of 90 square meters per unit with full facilities.
In a related context, the head of the Tenth of Ramadan City Authority followed up on the completion of the implementation work of the “Housing for All Egyptians” units, the medium housing axis in the regional services area, with areas of (100 – 110 – 120) square meters per unit.
He explained that the project includes connection works to facilities and landscaping of the city’s general site.
He pointed out that the implementation of two nurseries in District 16 in Plot No. 81, District No. 4 and Plot No. 76 in District No. 5 is being completed, and the implementation of two commercial markets, model 12 shops, in District 16 in Plot No. 80 in District No. 4 and Plot No. 75 in District No. 5.
“Manea” added that the construction work of two basic education schools in the Andalus neighborhood, a 3-storey model with a capacity of 33 classrooms, is being completed to serve the people of the neighborhood and neighboring neighborhoods, as the two schools are being implemented in the neighborhood services area.
The head of the Tenth of Ramadan City Authority directed the companies executing the works to quickly complete the work within the specified times and according to the agreed-upon schedule with the required quality, in order to ensure that the New Urban Communities Authority completes the comprehensive state plan and works in full swing to complete the implementation of various national projects.
