On the beach

The excitement on the weekend is guaranteed by the Na Praia festival, which brings musical diversity and summer energy, even in the chill that is invading Brasilia. Today (28) we have a pagoda with the Doze na Praia project; tomorrow (29) is pagoda, swing and forró with Dilsinho, Léo Santana and Vitor Fernandes; and on Sunday (30), there is MPB and reggae with the acclaimed Caetano Veloso and the silver of the house Natiruts.

Capital Moto Week

The 20th Capital Moto Week comes to an end this weekend. Taking thousands of motorcyclists, rockers and the like to Parque da Granja do Torto, the festival hosts, in the coming days, concerts by Jota Quest (Friday) and Pitty (Saturday), as well as local bands. Tickets from R$79.

Festival Expo Mix

The Expo Mix Brasil festival arrives in the administrative region of Sobradinho this Thursday (27th), with a show by Diego & Victor Hugo, in addition to local attractions such as Lucas & Bárbara, Boka de Sergipe, among others. On Friday (28), it’s Poeta do Piseiro, Japinha Conde, Rick & Rangel and much more. Closing the show, on Saturday (29), Paraná brings the classics of the duo Chico Rey & Paraná. The party takes place in the parking lot of the Augustinho Lima stadium. To enter, just take 2 kg of non-perishable food, which will be donated to institutions later.

The Mummers

This Sunday (30), the presentations of the classic musical ‘Os Saltimbancos’, a show by the late Hugo Rodas that brings messages of a better world, filling the stages and hearts with hope. Theater, dance, circus and music are mixed when telling the journey of a donkey, a dog, a chicken and a cat! The timeless montage is installed at Teatro da Caixa Cultural.

16 years of 7naRoda

The 7naRoda group will celebrate, next Saturday (29), 16 years of existence. As it mightn’t be otherwise, the party will be held at Calaf. The national attraction of the night will be Ronaldinho Craque de Samba, a great samba singer and composer. The event will also feature a feijoada buffet, including a vegan version, for R$79.90.

Another edition of Feitiço na Rua takes place this Sunday (30), in Chicão. Amílcar Paré and Khalil Santarém play hits from the album ‘Todos os Prazeres’ and songs by Roque Ferreira, Wilson Moreira and Nei Lopes. The project aims to value the essence of samba and make it clear that this musical style has foundation. The voice of classic samba musicians will echo at Conic from 4pm onwards.

The Hawaiians in the Complex

The owners of the hit ‘Desenrola, Bate, Joga de Ladin’, Os Hawaianos, perform in Brasilia this Friday (28). The group from Rio de Janeiro will rock Complexo Fora do Eixo along with the band Nossa Cor, and DJs Pepê, Sidharta and Kacá. It will be a funk and pagoda dancing night!

All afropatys from DF are invited to occupy Birosca do Conic this Saturday (29). The 6th edition of the Sal y Perrea dance will bring the best of Latin and Afrodiaspora music, stirring Conic. Local DJs and DJs from Rio (RJ) will be responsible for the sound of this party.

From São Paulo Fashion Week to Brasília, Naya packed her bags on the road and is arriving in the capital of Brazil with authorial, Afro-affective pieces full of axé. The Infinu Creative Community hosts this fashion event and authorial creations for two days in a row!

Theater – Goosebumps

Written by playwright Karen Accioly, the operetta ‘Cabelos Crepiados’ tells the story of five children who cannot sleep. The play brings reflections on topics such as friendship, dialogue with parents and the dangers of consumerism and the destruction of the environment. The work is inspired by the fantastic literature of authors such as Wilhelm Bush and Edgar Allan Poe, and the exhibition ends this Sunday (30).
