Last night’s Laeken collision results in a spectacular accident: Car lands on rooftop, leaving two individuals in critical condition.

A vehicle accident occurred near the Church of Our Lady of Laeken on Sunday night around 1:00 am, according to the Brussels-capital – Ixelles local police. The car lost control in a turn and overturned, but upon the arrival of the firefighters to free the three occupants, they had already left the scene. The individuals were taken to the hospital, with two of them being in critical condition.


A road accident took place in the night from Sunday to Monday around 1:00 am in the immediate vicinity of the Church of Our Lady of Laeken, we learned from the local police of Brussels-capital – Ixelles.

The car went out of control in a bend and ended up flipped on its roof. The firefighters were called to free the three people who were inside the vehicle, but when they arrived the occupants had already left, there was no extrication necessary.

The three people were taken to hospital, two of them are “in critical condition”, according to the police.
