A week following the complaint by the Collectif d’aide aux victims d’influencers (CAVI) for “fraud” and “breach of trust” targeting famous influencers, Instagram announces this evening on Twitter that it has “deleted the Instagram account in question, as well as ‘a series of others, for violation of these rules,’ reports Le Parisien.
Among them are the account of the famous couple of influencers from reality TV, Marc and Nadé Blata and that of Laurent Billionnaire.
Two collective complaints bringing together eighty-eight joint complaints, in particular for fraud and breach of trust had been filed Friday with the Paris prosecutor, announced lawyer Alexandre Dakos during a press conference Monday, January 23.
