A report this week from Crime Online indicates that authorities 17-year-old Cion Carroll’s cell phone was last located at the residence of a sex offender in Kenbridge.

Carroll disappeared from her grandmother’s home in the aforementioned town on November 2.

His remains were found on November 11..

The victim’s mother, identified as Tiffany Baker, told WRIC television that although his son had two cell phones, both were turned off when he lost track of him.

The family further alleged that despite alerting the Police to his last known location, authorities refused to inspect the area for lack of evidence.

His cause of death was a shot to the head. and in the spine. He was dismembered. Then they sprayed him with bleach and cement. And he was buried in a shallow grave.

“Whatever happened, he did not deserve this, he was only 17. And not having answers is inexplicable,” questioned the parent.
