The 21-year-old last played for Arminia Bielefeld in the second German soccer league. However, Bielefeld were relegated and the left-back was available on a free transfer. Bello receives a contract with the Linzers until June 2026.Linz. The Nigerian-born American played for Atlanta United in Major League Soccer before moving to Germany in January 2022. In the Bundesliga he played ten times for Arminia, following relegation he made 21 appearances in the past season. To date, Bello has made seven appearances for the USA; he was not in the squad for last year’s World Cup.
