LASK sponsor BWT becomes new premium partner of local rival SV Ried

“There may be one or two surprises in terms of sponsorship,” Ried President Thomas Gahleitner revealed at the start of SV Ried’s training on June 18 in Geinberg – it is now clear what the Innviertel boss meant: The Vikings have expanded their long-standing partnership with BWT and presented the water treatment company as their new premium partner.

“I am very pleased that a top international company and flagship in the sponsorship landscape will be placing greater emphasis on the advertising effectiveness of SV Guntamatic Ried in the future. The commitment of the global company BWT as a sponsor in Ried is a special honor for our club,” explains SVR President Thomas Gahleitner. “On behalf of the club, I would like to personally thank BWT owner Andreas Weissenbacher. BWT supports SV Guntamatic Ried not only as a sponsor. Andreas Weissenbacher is a great entrepreneur with extensive expertise and many innovative ideas that we can also bring to our club.”

From Formula 1 to football, BWT is spreading its vision to “Change the World – sip by sip” around the world. This is a real coup for the Ried team, as the company based in Mondsee is also one of the top sponsors of local rival LASK.

The aim is to give everyone in the world access to clean drinking water. The local mineralization of water with magnesium, zinc and silicate transforms good water into the best BWT water and completely avoids single-use plastic and glass bottles. The striking pink symbolizes not only a color, but a lifestyle that is present throughout the stadium. With BWT water dispensers, advertising boards and the BWT logo on the jerseys, the company is taking a sustainable offensive.

Together with its sister company Windhager, BWT has a strong regional partner in SV Guntamatic Ried. This alliance is a commitment to innovation, sustainability and social responsibility – BWT … For You and Planet Blue.

“The partnership not only strengthens our regional presence, but also underlines our deep-rooted commitment to improving the world, sip by sip. We look forward to growing together and achieving sustainable success,” says Andreas Weissenbacher.
