The Government of the state of Lara led by Adolfo Pereira through the Tourism Corporation (Cortulara) is present at the International Tourism Fair of Venezuela (Fitven 2022), with the aim of expanding knowledge and boosting business in the Central-Western Region, mainly in the Larense entity.
“From the state of Anzoátegui we are selling experiences from the 9 municipalities of Lara, in gastronomy, crafts and regional culture, in addition to offering exports through the Dry Port,” said Esthefany Ferri, president of Cortulara and the entity’s Single Tourism Authority. .
In the same sense, Ferri expressed that the business conference ends on November 28, “Fitven 2022 allows to expand knowledge and create strategic alliances, in addition to attracting new investors,” he emphasized.
He stressed that in the coming days the state of Lara begins to receive tourists and visitors captured at the Fair, “for us it is an honor to establish tourist links interested in the potential of our state due to its geographical location and unique places in the country,” he stressed. the regional authority on tourism from the Hotel Maremares, where the event takes place.
For his part, Alí Padrón, Minister of People’s Power for Tourism, commented during the opening day that the economy is active in the country with more than 389 tourism companies and 125 service providers.
The international event was attended by the World Champion, Yulimar Rojas, who had the opportunity to tour the established stands and thus join the tourism engine in the country.
