Immediately following the incident, 4 large excavators and many personnel were present at the scene to participate in the rescue. However, due to the mass landslide It’s too big to find it around 9pm victimbut died.
It is known that this mining point is in Zone 7, Giap Lai Commune, Thanh Son District, Phu Tho Province. Mining activities here have been going on for regarding a month now, because some individuals have brought a large amount of construction excavator equipment and cars to exploit the land (white color is suspected to be kaolin mineral).

Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh, Chairman of Thanh Son District People’s Committee, said that this mining site is the land of a household, approved for ground leveling but not licensed to mine for land or kaolin minerals.
Authorities are still investigating the case.
