Lamine Yamal’s father has been discharged from hospital after being stabbed

Mounir Nasroui, Lamine Yamal’s father, has been discharged from the Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital in Badalona on August 16, as confirmed by EFE.

Lamine Yamal’s father, Mounir Nasroui, left the Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital in Badalona on Friday 16 August after being discharged from hospital, according to EFE.

Nasroui was admitted to the aforementioned centre on the evening of 14 August after having been stabbed in the Rocafonda neighbourhood of Mataró.

As a result, Four people have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the eventswho were brought before the court this Friday morning.

According to sources from the Mossos d’Esquadra, the four detainees have been taken from the police station in Mataró to the on-duty court of instruction in this town.

The events occurred at around 9:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, August 14 in the Rocafonda neighborhood of Mataró (Barcelona), where the victim lives, and at 11:00 p.m. three people were arrested for their alleged involvement in the knife attack on Nasraoui, to whom a fourth person was added on Thursday, August 15.

During his days in hospital, Mounir Nasroui has been accompanied at all times by his family and on Thursday he received a visit from Lamine Yamal, who was initially advised not to do so by the hospital in order not to disrupt the normal functioning of the hospital, due to the media importance of the Barcelona footballer.

Following the scare experienced by his father, FC Barcelona footballer Lamine Yamal can now freely concentrate on the start of the LaLiga season with the Catalans.

Barcelona will debut in the league competition on Saturday, August 17 in a difficult visit to Mestalla Stadium where they will face Valencia at 1:30 p.m..
