The funeral of the late artist, Laila Abdel-Ghani Al-Sayed, pioneer of the Reda Folklore Ensemble, the wife of Mahmoud Reda’s brother, and a member of the Syndicate of Representative Professions, was held today from Al-Sayeda Nafisa Mosque.
Reham Abdel Ghafour mourned the late, through her official account on the social networking site Facebook: “We belong to God, and to Him we shall return. With hearts that believe in God’s will and destiny, I moved to the mercy of God, my second mother and the mother of my friend, Mrs. Laila Abdel-Ghani Al-Sayed.”
The captain of the acting professions mourned the death of the artist, Laila Abdel-Ghani Al-Sayed, who belongs to the Reda band and the wife of the artist’s brother, Mahmoud Reda.
And the Syndicate of Representative Professions issued a statement saying: “With great sadness and sorrow; Mrs. Laila Abdul Ghani Al-Sayed; One of the pioneers of the Reda Band; And the wife of the artist’s brother, Mahmoud Reda, and her granddaughter, the young actress, Nour Ehab.
