He was so fond of looking good that he used to shop while walking, if he bought any shoes, he would wear them immediately. Many people also learned dressing from him during this period. Lahri Sahib used to be very serious in the house and he used to be very afraid of the children.

Theater artist Nazar Hussain mentioned the gossip between him and Lahri Sahib during the conversation and said that ‘Once it happened that following a few days of meeting Lahri Sahib, he often made threatening telephone calls with love.
