According to the sources, the notification of permission for conditional meeting will consist of 40 clauses. It should be noted that the Lahore High Court, while dealing with the petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf on September 21, directed the Deputy Commissioner for the PTI rally to take a decision by 5 pm. Before the start of the hearing, Azhar Siddique of PTI had said that permission must be given, if permission is not given, then there will be a dead end.

The Lahore administration has given permission to PTI for the meeting, sources say that the Lahore administration has fixed the venue of the meeting at Kahna Moshi Mandi, in this regard the consultation with the legal team of DC is going on.
Earlier, PTI was offered to hold rallies at 3 places including Jalupark, the administration said that PTI can also hold rallies at Wagah and Shahpur Kanjara, which each PTI refused.
The district administration fixed the time of the meeting from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, while the PTI lawyers wing was adamant to end the meeting at 12:00 pm.
But now the matters have been settled between the district administration and the PTI team, the time has been fixed for the Lahore meeting from 2 pm to 5.30 pm.
The district administration has issued the NOC of the PTI rally.
According to ILF in-charge Shadab Jafari, the meeting will be held at Kahana Moshi Mandi. The district administration has also issued NOC with 44 conditions regarding the rally.
While the consultation between the district administration and PTI team has been completed, the district administration has sent a copy of the notification to the higher authorities, the notification will be issued after the permission of the higher orders.
