Laeticia Hallyday files a complaint for public insults against one of her daughters

Laeticia Hallyday filed a complaint for “public insults” aimed at one of her daughters, Joy, during the show Do not touch My TV (“TPMP”) by Cyril Hanouna, according to Me Gilles Gauer, the family lawyer.

This complaint, with a civil action, was filed with the dean of the investigating judges of the Paris Court of Justice.

Simultaneously, a report to Arcom, the media regulatory authority, was launched for “violation of the obligation to respect human rights” and “violation of the obligation to control the antenna” .

On January 30, “TPMP” released a video sequence that Joy Hallyday, 14, appearing in particular in a swimsuit, had published and then deleted from her TikTok account, but relayed in the meantime by a fake account usurping her identity.
