JAKARTA, Waspada.co.id – North Labuhanbatu Regent (Labura) Hendriyanto Sitorus together with Deputy Regent H Samsul Tanjung, coordinated the implementation of the Public Service Mall (MPP) in the Sriwijaya II Room, Office of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenpan RB) in Jakarta, Friday, ( 17/3).
The presence of the Labura Regent and the team forming the MPP of the Labura Regency Government was received by Assistant Deputy (Asdep) of Public Services Ajib Rakhmawanto.
“In the near future the Labura Regency Government will establish MPP, hopefully the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform will provide direction and recommendations regarding MPP development. Next, assist the Labura Regency Government so they can form the mall according to existing regulations,” said Hendriyanto.
Hendriyanto conveyed his explanation regarding the preparation for the establishment of the MPP, such as the 3-dimensional construction drawings of the MPP building, pictures of the locations of service tenants, types of services and others.
Assistant Dep Ajib Rakhmawanto conveyed the rules and developments of MPP in Indonesia that there are only 115 MPP in Indonesia. This means that there are still 394 regencies/cities that do not yet have MPP.
“MPP is held in order to help improve the quality of public services for the community and increase investment in the regions. Therefore, MPP should be proclaimed to be 100 percent built in all regions in Indonesia in 2024,” Ajib said.
Ajib said that establishing an MPP does not require building a large and magnificent new building. But how can the public service system run optimally and human resources provide the best service. (wol/rsy/d1)
