Which is currently in the process of solving the problem by applying for loans or borrowing money from various financial institutions in order to circulate money within the company.
Currently, there are 79 financial institutions supporting the company’s projects, making it possible to pay wages to employees as usual.
For the remaining 36 projects, including the company’s main office, we are in the process of coordinating with financial institutions to provide support. Company representatives expect that they will be able to pay wages to employees as usual around April 2024.
In this regard, following ordering labor inspectors throughout the country to inspect construction sites affiliated with Italian-Thai Company, it was found that in many projects in many provinces they had begun to gradually pay outstanding wages. The employees are already receiving their normal wages.
