It’s an institution in Modave. It has been more than sixty years since the restaurant La Roseraie occupies an old rubble building built in 1875. The garden, where there is a greenhouse dating from the same period, extends into a wood classified as a Natura 2000 zone. If the chef’s cuisine attracts lovers of gastronomy, another project is an eye-catcher for those who like to combine it with nature and architecture… Two shelters have in fact stood up for several months on the edge of the woods. Eventually, there will be a handful more, installed in an arc around the greenhouse, itself renovated. Luxurious and unusual accommodation allowing you to spend the night in the heart of nature.
