In its notice of consultation launched in October 2021La Poste even specified that the selected agency would also accompany it ” in the evolution of the image of the group’s brands towards more innovation and performance with all of its targets (general public, professionals, institutions, internal, etc.) and in the improvement of “notoriety and the consideration” of products and/or services with a view to “developing sales and thus increasing the competitiveness of the group”. The market, which started on 1is last January, is fixed for two years, renewable three times a year.

In addition, with regard to its market for “consulting services and the purchase of off and on-line media space”, La Poste has chosen to remain within the Publicis group, via Publicis Media, but has left its main agency since 2013. , Starcom. Split into two lots in its call for tenders, for its part launched in February 2022, La Poste chose on December 23 to entrust Blue 449 with its budget for consulting and media strategy, purchases of off-line media space and its digital counterpart (delinearized TV, digital outdoor communication, digital audio, etc. .). That of online media space purchases, all levers (SEA, over-the-counter and programmatic display, paid social), tracking, trafficking and digital coordination, was awarded on December 22 to Performics. The overall contract here is for three years firm, renewable three times a year, from January 1, 2023. According to the notice of February 2022, the amount of the 1st lot is estimated at some €35 million excluding tax per year and the second at €30 million excluding tax per year.
