After three months of modernization work, La Poste d’Albi Vigan reopened its doors on 27 July. In Albi, as throughout Occitanie, La Poste places innovation at the heart of its strategy to guarantee a better quality of service to its customers, individuals and professionals. Within La Poste d’Albi Vigan, customers can now find all their usual mail/parcel and banking operations: postage, sale of postage stamps for everyday use, sale of ready-to-mail envelopes, Colissimo packaging and Chronopost, supply of other Mail/Parcel products on order, deposit of items including registered mail, collection of pending letters and parcels, deposit of postal proxies, local services, banking advice. The development work carried out aimed to improve customer reception by offering a more open and modernized space in line with the standard of the latest generation of post offices. In concrete terms, the post office is more airy while providing places of confidentiality that encourage the advice given to customers. This work, for the benefit of customers and the improvement of postal workers’ working conditions, represents an overall investment of €550,000.
