“La Barrigona” arrested on March 25th

The Bolivarian National Police arrested a woman, known as “La Barrigona,” for distributing narcotic and psychotropic substances in the Caroní municipality. The 24-year-old citizen was apprehended by officials attached to the Strategic Intelligence Division and subsequently handed over to the Bolívar State Public Ministry. The operation took place in sector 3 of March 25, located in the parish of April 11, in San Félix. Two packages of presumed marijuana weighing approximately 150 grams, a cell phone, and 100 bolivars were seized from her possession. A woman was apprehended by officials of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) in the Caroní municipality, for the crime of distribution of narcotic and psychotropic substances.

The 24-year-old citizen, known as “La Barrigona”, was captured by a commission attached to the Strategic Intelligence Division and was placed under the order of the Bolívar State Public Ministry.

The procedure was carried out in sector 3 of March 25, in the parish of April 11, in San Félix.

The uniformed officers seized two packages with 15 doses of presumed marijuana weighing approximately 150 grams.

They also collected a cell phone and 100 bolivars in cash.
