The official gazette with the Prespa Settlement was torn up by the president of the Hellenic Resolution, Kyriakos Velopoulos, whereas he was on the ground of the Parliament.
Throughout his speech in Parliament, Kyriakos Velopoulos tore up the doc with the Prespa Settlement saying that that is the one respectable and patriotic motion.
