Taiwanese motorcycle manufacturer Kymco has unveiled the new Like 125 EV electric scooter, which boasts features such as a 199 km range on a single charge and built-in navigation. According to the official website of the company, the scooter will be officially sold in Russia, but its cost and the date of the start of sales have not yet been announced.

The Like 125 EV is pretty light when compared to other models with similar specs. The scooter weighs only 94 kilograms, which will have a positive effect on the ease of use in urban environments. The power plant of the vehicle produces 4.3 horsepower, which is quite enough to feel comfortable in city traffic. The scooter supports the installation of five Ionex batteries, which can be charged in less than an hour. In this case, the service life of the batteries is up to 1000 charging cycles.
In terms of design, the Kymco Like 125 EV looks like the company’s current ICE scooter models. However, the electric scooter stands out from its petrol counterparts with the headlight bezel, passenger handrail, instrument panel trim and taillight panel in blue. As for the dashboard, it boasts a fairly large and informative screen.
The cost of the Kymco Like 125 EV on the European market is 1200 euros. The price of a scooter in Russia is still unknown, but it is unlikely that it will be very different from the European one.
