He also added, “Russia’s strategy is changing, and our support for Ukraine must change as well,” stressing that the new weapons will allow the Ukrainians “to better protect themselves from the brutal use of long-range artillery that Putin’s forces used indiscriminately to demolish cities,” as he put it.
Multiple launch missile systems
