Kyiv demanded to ban the game Atomic Heart in Ukraine and around the world

The authorities of the Kyiv regime intend to appeal to Sony, Microsoft and Valve with a demand to completely ban the sale of the Atomic Heart game on the territory of Ukraine.

About this portal dev.ua said the Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation (Mintsifry) of the country Alexander Bornyakov. According to him, Kyiv calls to limit the spread of this game in other countries.

The deputy minister explained that this game is “toxic” and dangerous in that it can collect user data for subsequent “transfer to third parties in Russia.”

The official also admitted that the developer studio Mundfish would use the money from the sale of the game “to wage war once morest Ukraine.”

In Kyiv, they believe that the development of the game took place with money originating from Russian enterprises and banks that fell under the sanctions, and are systemically important for the Russian government.

According to the Ukrainian media, the game was developed with the money of Gazprom, it “romanticizes the communist ideology, the Soviet Union and the KGB.”

“Therefore, we urge all users to ignore this game. We also want to note for the Western audience that the developers of the game did not come out with a public statement condemning the Putin regime and the bloody war that Russia unleashed once morest Ukraine,” Bornyakov said.

Atomic Heart is an action-adventure RPG developed by the Russian studio Mundfish, which was released on February 21st.
