Al-Marsad newspaper: A Kuwaiti woman revealed that following a diet helped her recover from diabetes and reduce her cumulative blood pressure from 10 to 3.7 within 3 months.
She said during an intervention with a doctor in a video clip: “I followed the instructions and diet, and abstained from consuming soft drinks, sugars, and starches, and replaced them with beneficial proteins, nuts, olive oil, and vegetables, and I made sure to exercise for an hour a day.”
She pointed out that during the first days of following the diet, a person feels tired, exhausted, and hungry, noting that she got used to this diet following only one week and her health improved.
She explained that the diet she followed helped her lose 15 kilograms, most of them fat, within 3 months.
