Today, Friday, the Ministry of Health called on members of society to engage in regular physical activity, in a way that enhances mental health.
In an awareness tweet, the Ministry of Health said on its Twitter account that regular physical activity in the morning or followingnoon, even if for short periods, enhances mental health, so “be active.”
She explained that “it doesn’t matter how you move or how fit you are when it comes to your health and well-being?…Especially that every step is important.”
