Kuwait.. The Minister of Defense inspects air defense sites and requests achieving the highest levels of “preparedness and readiness”

A statement by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense stated that Sheikh Fahad Yousef Al-Sabah toured field sites, during which he was briefed on the work and techniques used to maintain the combat and technical readiness of air defense systems.

The Kuwaiti Minister of Defense stressed “the need to achieve the utmost levels of vigilance, readiness, and readiness to preserve the security and safety of the nation’s airspace, and the necessity of continuing this approach to enhance defense capabilities.”

He said that the Air Defense Force is pivotal in defending the country’s airspace, stressing its importance as a basic pillar “within our defense system.”

The Ministry of Defense said that the Kuwaiti Defense Minister stressed that “the leadership pays great attention to providing all the capabilities that guarantee the excellence and permanent readiness of our armed forces.”

Last Monday, Kuwait warned the international community against sliding into the abyss of a war that knows no end or limits, in light of the escalation of violations by the Israeli occupation against Palestine, Lebanon, and the entire region.

Last week, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi visited the Kuwaiti capital, where he met with senior officials. He said in a press conference with Kuwaiti media on Tuesday that his country “received assurances from countries in the region that their lands and airspace would not be used in attacks against Iran.”

Araqchi pointed out that the possibility of a comprehensive war breaking out in the region is possible, in light of recent developments, especially with the escalation of confrontations between Iran and Israel.
