Al-Marsad newspaper: A Kuwaiti security source said that the officer of the Special Forces Department, who was arrested on charges of abusing authority and using force once morest people inside a shopping center in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area, has been referred to the Criminal Evidence Department to determine whether or not he used any drugs that made him abnormal.
The source explained that the officer, who is in the rank of “Lieutenant”, had abusive behavior towards shoppers, as he crossed the line in an inappropriate manner, then went out to a famous car dealership in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area and repeated the same disgraceful behavior with its employees before he went to the house of an important figure and asked the guards to meet him, saying: “Dad… with a word of head.”
He added that the accused fled to an unknown destination following speaking with the guards of the VIP’s house, so his descriptions were circulated to the members of the Criminal Investigation Department who succeeded in locating him, arresting him, taking him and taking legal measures once morest him, then referring him to the Criminal Evidence Department to examine his sample.
