Passengers who have been vaccinated from abroad can have their home quarantine in Kuwait for seven days but if the PCR test is negative, the quarantine can be terminated.

Kuwait City: Home quarantine exemption for vaccinated incoming passengers arriving in Kuwait. Home quarantine can be terminated if the result of the PCR test conducted following arrival in the country is negative. The announcement was made by Sheikh Hamad Jabil Al Ali Al Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Council of Ministers for the Defense of Kovid in the country.
The new exemption will take effect on Tuesday, according to a report released by Kuwait’s official news agency. The new decisions were taken at a cabinet meeting on Monday. According to the Government Communications Center, the Cabinet has decided to make the home quarantine seven days for travelers taking the vaccine from abroad. However, it is suggested that the quarantine be terminated immediately if the Kovid PCR test, which is conducted immediately upon arrival in the country, yields a negative result.
