Kuwait City: Kuwait rejects Israel’s call to forcibly evacuate Palestinians from Gaza. Foreign Minister Sheikh Salim Al-Sabah said that such measures will increase the hardships of the Palestinian people who are suffering from the blockade and bombing. The minister expressed concern over the atrocities committed by the Israeli forces in violation of international humanitarian law.

The international community and the UN Security Council must intervene immediately to end the aggression. The minister also demanded an end to attacks on civilians. Sheikh Salim requested to end the blockade and take steps to provide urgent aid to the Palestinian people.

The Kuwaiti news agency reported that Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Salim Al-Sabah held talks with the ministers of the Gulf countries in the context of Israel’s attack on Palestine. In a telephone conversation with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Sheikh Salim discussed the dangerous situation in the Palestinian territories and the Gaza Strip and organizing international efforts to save civilian lives.

Earlier, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Oman, Badr Al Busaidi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain, Dr. Officials said Sheikh Salim Al Sabah discussed coordinating joint Gulf operations and distributing relief and humanitarian aid to Gaza in talks with Abdul Latif Al Sayani.
