Kuwait City: The fight once morest drugs continues in Kuwait. Two people were arrested for smuggling large quantities of drugs. They were arrested during an investigation conducted by the General Administration for Narcotics Control.

When their vehicle was searched, 35 kilograms of crystal meth and 300,000 captagon pills were found skillfully hidden in various parts of the vehicle. Items with a market value of 500,000 Kuwaiti dinars were seized. The accused have been handed over to the concerned authority for further legal action.

Meanwhile, a person was recently arrested in Kuwait for possession of drugs. The General Department of Narcotics Control seized the narcotics being smuggled into the country through territorial waters.

The suspect was arrested along with 30 kg of hashish and 2000 Lyrica pills during a search conducted in collaboration with the General Administration of the Coast Guard. The accused admitted that they were in possession of them for the purpose of drug trafficking. The accused was handed over to the concerned authority for further action.

Tight inspection in Kuwait; 19,540 traffic violations were detected

Kuwait City: Strict inspection continues in all governorates of Kuwait. 19,540 traffic violations were detected in the traffic campaigns conducted by traffic patrols from 23rd to 29th. During the inspections, 144 vehicles and 47 motorcycles found violating the law were seized.

All 30 vehicles on the wanted list have been found. 12 people on the wanted list were arrested. 10 persons without identification and 10 persons without valid residency permit were also arrested. Two people were arrested for violating environmental laws. They have been handed over to the concerned authorities for further legal action. A total of 1,425 road accidents were reported, including 255 serious ones.
