Former BP and AIK talent Jonah Kusi-Asare, 17, is back from the ankle injury he sustained last spring. The forward doesn’t seem to have lost his nose for goals.
When Bayern Munich’s P19 team beat Aston Villas 1-0 in the Youth League on Tuesday, it was the Swede who decided.
A bit into the second half, Kusi-Asare was cleared in front of goal, from where he surely scored his first goal of the season and what later became the final score.
The 17-year-old has now scored three points in six games for the German giants’ oldest youth team this autumn.
Kusi-Asare joined Bayern Munich from AIK in January this year. He has a contract until 2026.
