PETTNEW. A good two years were in ART SPACE Pettneu no exhibitions, readings or other events. In these two years, the municipality of Pettneu has built a new administration building in the vicinity of the KUNSTRAUM Pettneu, to which an event hall is also attached. In addition, underground access to the KUNSTRAUM Pettneu has been created from the new community hall.

However, the official opening of the new community center, which was planned for August 28, has been delayed because the community council decided in the last phase of construction to use geothermal heating for the heating. In the installations made so far, the use of geothermal energy is already planned. A profitable amortization of this technology has only resulted from the developments in the last few months. The official opening of the new community center has been postponed due to the installation of the new technology.
