With his Gmundner ceramics, ex-Formula 3 driver Markus Friesacher not only relies on his home town of Anif, but also on a luxury lodge in Namibia.
In addition to the scattered flowers, the traditionally flamed green and the deer, kudu and leopard as well as African brown and red tones can now be found on the plates and mugs of Gmundner ceramics. “Actually, it was immediately clear that they belonged together,” says Markus Friesacher, former Formula 3 driver, inventor of the Hofer discount gas stations and, after their sale to OMV, briefly manager in the OMV Group.
