This makes the REIT have 80% stake and 20% freehold.

After the investment, the Data Center Project will return to be the sole charterer for a total period of 30 years (with renewal every 3 years for 9 consecutive times) and pay the rental fee (Triple Net Rent)/ 1 to KTBSTMR REIT on a monthly basis, together with the REIT to invest by using borrowed money This makes the financial structure of KTBSTMR more efficient. as well as having the opportunity to create a stable and consistent income stream in the long run

Therefore, the additional investment in the INTERLINK DATA CENTER project makes KTBSTMR Trust currently invest in 4 types of assets in total, namely 1. Warehouses and Warehouses. 2.Office building 3. Community Mall and 4. INTERLINK DATA CENTER, a total asset value of 3,765.00 million baht.
