“Kryvbas” crushed “Metalist 1925” in a home match of the 26th round of the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL). The match in Kryvyi Rih ended with a score of 3:0.
Yuriy Vernydub’s team scored all the goals in this meeting in the first half. He opened the scoring in the 5th minute Maxim Zaderaka.
In the 38th minute, he increased the home team’s lead Artur Mykytyshynand in another five minutes Maxim Lunyov made the score crushing.
Review of the match “Kryvbas” – “Metalist 1925”
After this victory, “Kryvbas” (54 points) is in third place in the UPL, ahead of only “Shakhtar” (61) and “Dynamo” (57), who played one match less. “Metalist 1925” (19 points) closes the standings.
In the next round, the Vernydub team will meet “Dnipro-1” away on May 6, and Viktor Skrypnyk’s wards will host “Vorskla” on May 4.
