PT Krom Bank Indonesia Tbk (BBSI), as a subsidiary of Kredivo Group, has shown its strong commitment in presenting innovation in the digital banking industry. For example, by presenting various flexibilities for customers, from features to services.

According to research from Populix, 23.4 percent of millennials and 14.2 percent of Gen Z use digital financial services. Because, they can enjoy high interest rates and stable investment returns.

Thus, the presence of flexibility is important for the younger generation in choosing financial services. Because, flexibility can meet the needs of the younger generation who prioritize ease and speed in transactions, and tend to choose financial services that can be adjusted to their needs.

Seeing this, Krom Bank presents various flexibilities to customers, such as the freedom to choose daily deposit tenors with progressive interest rates, ease of financial management with 20 savings and 20 deposits, to choosing your own account number.

However, not only flexibility, President Director of PT Krom Bank Indonesia Tbk Anton Hermawan said “The young generation also tends to have a selective character and is not loyal to one brand”.

Responding to this, Anton explained that digital banks need to design services that have added value in addition to providing high deposit interest rates. So that digital banks are able to compete in the industry.

“Although the growth of the digital banking industry is still in its early stages, we see that digital banks need to have a unique value proposition to attract more target markets and excel in the market,” explained Anton at the Krom Bank media discussion event in Jakarta on Tuesday, (9/7).

“Therefore, Krom Bank not only offers high deposit interest rates, but also focuses on providing flexibility in features and services. This can make customers more comfortable transacting and managing finances in digital banks and more loyal to our services,” he concluded. (Z-6)
