While Glen De Boeck has begun his mission to save KV Kortrijk, another veteran of the house is back. Kristof D’Haene has announced his retirement and is returning to the Stade des Eperons d’Or.
Kristof D’Haene (33 years old) left KV Kortrijk with emotion this summer, following 241 matches played in the Kerels jersey. He had joined Roeselare, in D3 VV, but will already end his new adventure there to return to Kortrijk.
D’Haene has in fact decided to hang up his crampons and will become T2 for Glen De Boeck, who recently became the coach of KVK. The farewells were short-lived between the former captain and his favorite club!
