In one part of the trailer, Kardashian Barker shares: “This is the best blessing in the world, but it is a high-risk pregnancy.” The narrative is accompanied by images prior to fetal surgery, which she remembers as a terrifying experience.

In September 2023, Kourtney revealed the severity of her medical process through a post on Instagram. She thus made known her deep gratitude to her husband Travis Barker and her mother Kris Jenner, who was by her side during the uncertain process.
