Muscat: Oman says primary classes will be online only. The move comes in the wake of the Kovid expansion. In all governorates of Oman, online classes will be limited to primary classes in schools. The decision was taken by the Supreme Committee. The Supreme Committee meeting decided to continue classes online for four weeks from the 16th Sunday of this month.
The Supreme Committee urged the people to ensure Kovid safety standards and to fully adhere to the restrictions on commercial establishments, exhibitions and conferences. Authorities said more than 50 per cent of people should not be allowed in halls and sports venues and should follow other Kovid security guidelines.
