Kovid ‘Independence Day’ in the UK on Thursday; Free testing and no isolation

London ബ്രിട്ട Britain declares victory in battle once morest Kovid, which lasted more than two years. Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced in Parliament on Thursday that he would end all restrictions on Kovid. Britain’s policy will now be to fight Covid with treatment and vaccination and live with it.

Those who become Kovid positive from Thursday will not have to undergo compulsory isolation. But there is a suggestion that it might be isolation if possible. All special payments related to Kovid will be canceled from Thursday.

The current free screening for those with symptoms will end on April 1. The leave and pay given during the period of self-isolation will no longer exist. However, free check-ups will continue for those over 75 and those with other health problems. They will also be given a dose of free booster vaccine.

Slight restrictions will remain in place only in Scotland when similar legislation comes into force on Thursday in England, Northern Ireland and Wales. The contact tracking system for locating patients in contact with patients will end on Thursday. The 500 500 payment made to those in the lom income group during the isolation period will stop on Thursday.

Statutory Sick Pay and Employment Allowance will no longer be available exclusively for Kovid. Leave in the name of isolation is generally considered sick leave. Funding for the health and social care sector for free screening will be discontinued.

The requirement for foreigners to fill up a passenger locator form will remain in place for the time being, but the government will consider waiving this following April 1. Prime Minister Boris Johnson declared in Parliament a complete declaration of independence from Kovid by withdrawing all such restrictions and benefits.

Britain’s declaration of ‘independence’ comes at a time when even the first citizen of the country, Queen Elizabeth, is being confirmed by Kovid and more than 50,000 people are becoming Kovid patients every day. Boris is facing all sorts of criticism over the question of what other way to go.
