Kovid immunization: Dubai to start vaccinating 5 to 11-year-olds

Dubai: Dubai launches vaccine for 5- to 11-year-olds Pfizer vaccine is given to children by the Dubai Health Authority. Children are given 2 doses. The second dose is given 21 days following the first dose. The children will be vaccinated at the Oudh Mehta Vaccination Center, Al Tawar, Al Mishar, Nad Al Hammar, Mankhool, Al Lusaili, Nad Al Sheba, Sabeel and Al Barsha Health Centers.

Wax can be booked through the DHA app or by calling 800342. Health experts say that giving children the Kovid vaccine can help protect them from contracting the disease. However, the vaccine is not mandatory for people of this age.
