Kovid Immunization: 3,501 vaccine doses were administered in the UAE within 24 hours

Abu Dhabi: In the last 24 hours, the UAE government has distributed 3,501 doses of the Kovid vaccine. A total of 24,829,240 doses were dispensed, according to the UAE Ministry of Health.

According to the Ministry of Health, more than 91% of the UAE’s population has received two doses of the vaccine. Meanwhile, 349 new Kovid cases were reported in the UAE today. The UAE Ministry of Health said 391 people had recovered. No deaths due to Kovid infection have been reported in the UAE today.

Kovid has so far confirmed 903,731 people in the UAE. 8,87,546 were cured. 2,302 people died following Kovid. According to the Ministry of Health, 13,883 people are being treated. Today, 242,793 Kovid tests were performed in the UAE, according to the Ministry of Health.

Kovid mortality rate in the UAE is 0.2%. This is two percent lower than the global average. At the same time, the ministry explained that more than 97 per cent of the country’s population has received a single dose of the Kovid vaccine.
