Interviewed by the BBC, doctor Maddy Dann, 30, who regularly discusses sexual health on TikTok, believes the product is completely useless. “There is no impure vagina. The vagina is self-cleaning,” she says.

She worries that these gummies will lead some people to believe that they have a problem that only the product can solve.

“Everyone with a vulva or vagina will smell different, smell different, taste different, and have different discharge,” she explains.
