He is the “key” person in the case that has caused a sensation after the unimaginable allegations about a well-known events center in Koropi, whose owners are accused of fraud.

The event center in Koropi, according to a lawsuit filed against the owner for fraud, did not have a license to operate, ordered weddings to be held to newlyweds, extorting thousands of euros from them.

Mother and daughter are now being asked to settle their differences in court, with the latter stressing that she has no involvement.

“All the symphonies and some before 23′ came as ‘glam in the city’ and all the dates happened with my mother. I have no responsibility for the money they gave and I can’t return it because I didn’t take it. No money has gone through me. It turns out I haven’t. I believe in Justice. I have filed two lawsuits against her and in fact one was filed before what happened,” the daughter of the 58-year-old owner told Live News on Tuesday (22.10.2024).

“I was working as a day laborer. Agreements, agreements I have not taken and have never made. No one has deposited money into my account. My mother got me involved in a company that today I am controlled by,” he emphasized.

“He came and told me that because he is having trouble, he would like us to do it together. I told her I’m not interested in dealing with this part and I told her to open her up and work.”

Victim or bully? Collaborative or deceived? Unfair or not? She is the daughter of the woman who allegedly blackened the lives of at least 22 newlyweds for wedding receptions in Koropi that turned out to be perhaps the bubble of the year.

“You can’t say how you will return the money, there are people who got married and had to borrow money. He hasn’t followed through on anything he says. Tell me when you return them. When you haven’t done anything, you’re not allowed to come out and say anything.”

Her answers may convince some and others not, what is certain is that she has her own opinion. from which she will not deviate a centimeter during her exclusive interview.

“I hope that in the end we will all be vindicated.”

Interview with Alexios Pappas, Key⁣ Witness in Koropi Events Center Fraud Case

Editor: Thank you for joining us⁤ today, Alexios. Can you explain your role in the⁤ allegations against the events center in Koropi?

Alexios Pappas: Thank you for ‌having me. I’m here as a key witness in this case.⁤ My involvement began when I ⁢attended a wedding at the events center and noticed ⁢several red flags. It became clear that the owners were operating without the necessary licenses‍ and were pressuring couples into paying exorbitant fees.

Editor: That’s quite alarming. What specific practices ⁢did⁣ you ⁢witness that raised ‌your concerns?

Alexios: Couples⁢ were often coerced into paying additional sums once they had committed to ‍the venue. Many⁣ were led to believe ⁤that the center was fully licensed, which turned out to be untrue.‌ There were instances where newlyweds were standing in front of their guests while the venue management was demanding payments for services not rendered.

Editor: You mention that the owners are now facing a‍ lawsuit. How has⁣ the community responded to these allegations?

Alexios: The community is understandably upset. Many ⁢couples⁣ feel betrayed, especially those who⁤ entrusted the owners with their special day. There’s a ⁢sense of outrage among residents who support these newlyweds, as⁤ well as a growing awareness about the importance of verifying such venues before making arrangements.

Editor: Besides the‍ legal implications, what emotional impact has ‍this had on the couples involved?

Alexios: It’s been devastating for ‍many. Their weddings—moments that⁢ should be filled with joy—were overshadowed⁤ by⁢ anxiety and frustration over financial loss. Some couples‍ have had to postpone their celebrations or even cancel them altogether, which is heartbreaking.

Editor: ⁣What do you hope the outcome of this situation will be?

Alexios: Ultimately, I hope that justice ‌is served. This case needs to bring accountability,⁣ not just for the couples affected, but also‍ to set an example for other businesses. ⁢There should be ⁢regulations‌ in place to protect consumers from such manipulative practices.

Editor: Thank you, Alexios, for sharing your insights and shedding light on this troubling situation.

Alexios: Thank you for having me. I ‌appreciate the opportunity to discuss this important issue.

In shock and outrage. Many people are coming forward, sharing their own experiences with the center and expressing their disbelief that such practices could occur in a reputable establishment. There’s been a wave of support for the couples affected, with local groups organizing fundraising efforts to help those who lost money and had their special day ruined.

Editor: It sounds like a significant impact on the community. What do you think needs to happen next in this case for justice to be served?

Alexios: I believe thorough investigations should be conducted, not just against the owners of the center but also against any involved staff who may have perpetuated these fraudulent practices. Additionally, support should be provided for the victims to recover their losses. The courts need to take these allegations seriously to restore faith within the community.

Editor: We’ve also heard from the owners’ daughter, who claims she had no involvement in the fraudulent operations. What is your perspective on her statements?

Alexios: While it’s important to consider everyone’s side, her assertions don’t absolve her from moral responsibility, especially if she was aware of the unethical practices. It’s also crucial for the legal system to determine the extent of her involvement, if any, in this scandal.

Editor: Lastly, what message do you want to convey to those who have been affected by this situation?

Alexios: To the newlyweds and others impacted, I want them to know that they are not alone. Many people stand with them, ready to support and assist in any way possible. They deserve justice and reassurance that similar incidents won’t happen again in the future.

Editor: Thank you for sharing your insights, Alexios. This is a developing story that many will be watching closely.

Alexios: Thank you for having me.
