The mother of the family, Fiorella Buendía, mother of the alleged aggressor child, he linked live with the morning magazine to deny that his son had violated his classmate for putting him on the tardy list.
“My son has never attacked that child. That child has bruises on the brain and on the body and one child cannot cause so much damage to another, my son is smaller than the assaulted child. My son is 12 years old,” she said.

MINEDU LAUNCHED INVESTIGATION ON CASE OF BULLYING
The Ministry of Education (Minedu) through the Regional Directorate of Education of Metropolitan Lima (DRELM), began an exhaustive investigation to clarify the case of bullying and physical aggression against an 11-year-old Venezuelan student from Educational Institution No. 5167 Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre, in Puente Piedra.
Luis Quintanilla Gutiérrez, head of the DRELM, condemned the attack against a minor of Venezuelan origin and described as unacceptable the behavior of several schoolchildren from the public school that belongs to UGEL 04 in Comas.
