At regarding 6:00 on February 24, Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuc (village 3, Dak Mar commune, Dak Ha district) detect a newborn baby boy wrapped in a red coat placed in front of his house.

In Dak Ha District Health Center, the boy was identified in a state of uncut umbilical cord, weighing 3.4 kg, normal health.
The leader of the People’s Committee of Dak Mar commune said that the commune had issued a notice regarding the baby abandoned for parents and relatives to come and do the procedures to receive them.
Within 7 days of issuing the notice, if no relatives come to receive the baby boy, the local government will carry out procedures to transfer the baby to a fostering and sponsoring facility according to regulations.
