On the evening of Friday, March 24, the 50th meeting of the book club took place in the hall of the Kolga manor house. This time the writers and poets Karl Martin Sinijärv and Jürgen Rooste were visiting. The members of the book club thanked Janne Kerdo, the main organizer of the Kolga book club, with flowers and gifts. The anniversary evening ended with cake eating together. Janne Kerdo said that this time’s meeting turned out to be lively: “Karl Martin Sinijärv and Jürgen Rooste are good friends, we heard their dating stories and had a laugh, while the guests performed thought-provoking poems. We people were satisfied, I have heard praise from several participants that it was a nice evening. The warm attitude of the community gives confidence and strength to continue. I promised that from now on we will do five matches and then we will see how we continue.” Andres Heinver and Janne Kerdo started Kolga book club meeting evenings in 2014. We first gathered in Kolga’s coffee house in the former post office, we have also gathered in Kolga’s social building, the museum and the hall of the governor’s house, Erki Vaikre’s home and Tallinn Zoo, when we went to visit Aleksei Turovski.
