Hyderabad: Former skipper Virat Kohli achieved a rare feat with his performance in the final match of the Twenty20 cricket series once morest Australia.

Kohli reached a new achievement by surpassing the record of former captain and current Indian coach Rahul Dravid. Kohli is the second highest run scorer for India in international cricket. Kohli has scored 24078 runs.

Dravid scored 24064 runs. Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar is the leader with 34357 runs. Kohli’s run chase is in 525 innings in 471 matches. His highest individual score was 254 not out. Kohli has 71 centuries and 125 fifties to his name. Sachin scored 34357 runs in 782 innings in 664 matches. Sachin Tendulkar has 100 centuries and 164 fifties.
