A total of five people in the house on Leopoldauer Strasse got into an argument, the police said. Two men were arrested at the home on suspicion of attempted murder. The Vienna professional rescue service cared for the seriously injured and took them to hospitals.
The emergency services were alerted at 12:00 p.m. The background to the dispute and details of the incident were not yet known. The Vienna State Criminal Police Office, northern branch, took over the further investigations. According to the police, all five people involved in the dispute are men with Syrian citizenship. The three injured are between 24 and 26 years old, according to the professional rescue service at the request of the APA. A rescue helicopter was also involved in the operation.
